Our services are primarily designed for nurses, healthcare professionals, and caregivers. However, anyone else who feels that the programme will meet their learning needs may also apply, as we do not enforce strict eligibility criteria.

Application Process:

• All applicants for the "Finding Your Florence" programme and 1-1 coaching must complete an application form.


• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.


• Applications will be reviewed to ensure the suitability of the programme or coaching for the applicant’s needs.


• If it is determined that the programme or service is not suitable, this will be discussed with the applicant before a decision is made to refuse the application.


3. Online Coaching and Programme Delivery

• All services, including coaching sessions and programmes, are delivered online via platforms such as Zoom.


• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology, internet connection, and a suitable environment for online sessions.


4. Recording of Sessions

• Some coaching sessions or programme modules may be recorded for quality assurance, internal review, or as resources for participants.


• Participants will be informed before any recording takes place. By participating in a recorded session, you consent to the recording.


• Recordings will not be shared publicly without explicit consent from participants.


5. Payment Terms

• Payment details, including pricing and instalment options (if applicable), are outlined at the time of booking.


• Full payment is required before the start of the service unless a prior arrangement has been made.


• Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy (see Section 6).


6. Refund Policy

• Refunds may be available depending on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.


• If a participant withdraws before the start of a programme or session, they may be entitled to a partial refund, minus any administrative fees.


• Once a programme or session has started, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise agreed upon.

Participants are expected to:

• Treat all other participants, facilitators, and coaches with respect.


• Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by others during sessions.


• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

8. Confidentiality

• All coaching sessions and programme discussions are conducted in a confidential manner.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Coaching and mentoring services provided by patriciatemple.com and Nursing Wisdom+ are designed to support personal and professional growth. However, outcomes are not guaranteed.
